    Regarding what you have said, can you please give us more details, specific ones? What account and site are you talking about? We checked and saw that you have PRO and one custom domain. Thank you in advance! Hope to hear from you soon!

    Hi Doina, Thanks for the reply :) Yes, I’m talking about the account registered with this email address. I only upgraded to Pro yesterday because it was necessary to get the site live again with our custom domain. But we had it live with our custom domain already for several months with the free product. But a developer made changes to some of our DNS settings: when he added the TXT record he took away the CNAME for brizy in error. Then, when he tried to add the CNAME again he told me it was going to be necessary to upgrade to Brizy Pro to continue using the custom domain. So what I’m trying to say is, we would still be on the “old” free product (including the custom domain) if he hadn’t had to correct that mistake… I’ve recommended Brizy to many people this year. Can you help to put it back how it was pls and stop the Pro subscription? Hope we can work this out. Thanks, Gary
