Custom sub domain not working

Hi,

I have set up a subdomain for my personal domain.

The CNAME is working but your "Required Data" lime7828934.brizy.site is not functioning.

In the publish domain, it says it is "not found"

Can you help?

  The page is not connected to your custom domain - https://jmp.sh/fTUowGZ; Please, send me a screenshot of the cname record, in your custom domain provider's dashboard.

  According to my domain provider the issue is with you (but they always say it's not their fault!)

  Your link doesn't work they say:

  lime7828934.brizy.site

  Hi Ross,

  Thank you for your message. 

  www.smugglers.pro  - this is your registrable domain, connected with A + CNAME records 

  www.kaspersky.smugglers.pro - this is your subdomain, connected only with CNAME record.  The cname record is www.kaspersky, therefore, in your custom domain DNS tab, you need to add this "www" too https://jmp.sh/RvzKcFR

  Natalia – I think you are amazing. Really I do. My domain provider was telling me it wasn't their problem and I didn't know what to do!!

  And you fixed it in a second.

  You're brilliant and deserve a pay rise. I understand there will be lots and lots of money after the 18th. I think you should be given at least half of it :)
