Mobile menu not working

Hi 

The mobile menu is not working on one of my websites. I have updated the plugin. What could the problem be?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Please, try to deactivate all other plugins( except Brizy Free and Pro), clear the cache, and check if the problem is still present. In case, if this doesn't help, please, try to activate one of the default WordPress themes and check if the mobile menu will work. Let us know if all is working fine. Thank you!

  Hi Amy,

  Could you please update to the latest version Brizy Free 2.3.16 and PRO 2.3.13? Then clear the cache and check again? If still does not work, I will open an internal ticket and we will check this issue from your dashboard.
