Images on other pages is not showing in preview or published

Hi,

Can someone please tell me why and what happened with Brizy because the images on my other pages are not appearing when they are published or a preview.

Please help me to fix this ASAP.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  How did you add the images? Did you add them through WP Media Library? At the moment, it is mandatory to have uploaded images in the WP Media Library because Brizy builder takes them from here for adding them to the Brizy pages.

  Could you please, delete the image and try to upload it again? Do you have the same problem?

  Can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.3.13. and PRO 2.3.11? Also, do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins?

  Also, one more detail I want to concretize, when did you encounter this problem? What were your previous actions? Did you migrate the site?

  Hello,

  The images have always been added through WP Media Library and I even tried deleting the image and uploading it again, but still, they don't appear on the site. 

  I am currently experiencing this issue with Brizy versions Free 2.3.13. and PRO 2.3.11.

  Is there anything we can do to fix this, please?
