Header Slipping Down

Hi,

The issue is with the URL mentioned (https://ignitarium.com/)
Whenever we work or edit the pages on our website the header(Navigation block) is slipped down to the footer. This has happened multiple times.

Can you please investigate this and solve the issue.

  I have shared the editor access to Nelea Stanila, who has requested for access and I have given it.

  Hi,

  How you can see from our conversation Nelea Stanila didn't asked anything, it was requested by me. I checked your website - everything looks and works correctly: Video.

  If you still have this problem, please, try to clear browser cache and also check website in incognito mode.

  Hi Denis,

  I think you didn't get the issue. Let me explain it again.

  The website looks fine now because we have fixed the "slipped header" yesterday.
  The problem we face on this site is that all the time we work on the site, the header slips down to the bottom and we have to manually drag it back up. This shouldn't be happening. 

  You can see the issue in the video I shared. 

  So, it would be great if you can find a permanent solution to this so that the header stays where it is supposed to stay and doesn't slips down to the footer.
