    Hello Malinda,

Thank you for your message and sorry for the late reply! From the 27-31 of August, Brizy Support was not available.

Regarding what you said, can you please try clear the browser and server cache and see what will happen? At the same time, try and change the theme. If you still encounter issues, I will assist you further. Hope to hear from you soon!

Have a nice day and kind regards,

    Doina

Hi Doina – I tried your suggestions and it’s still just cycling when I try to save a global block. I also contacted my host on Monday and they were able to replicate the error and didn’t have any errors in their logs. My next idea was to downgrade to an earlier version of Brizy and Pro. I have the same installation on my own website and I can save things without error. My website is running Brizy 2.3.11 and Pro 2.3.8 and not the updated Brizy 2.3.13 and Pro 2.3.11. I won’t do that until I’ve heard from you. I’ve attached a .txt file with the credentials to login. Thank you for looking into this further! I will log out until I’ve heard from you once more.

Hello - I did go down from Brizy 2.3.13 to 2.3.11 and I am now able to save my global blocks. I also had to go down from Pro 2.3.11 to 2.3.8. I'm now a little hesitant to update my other installations. Would you like to look into this further on my site?

    Hello Malinda,

    Thank you for your message!

Regarding what you said, we are happy that things got figured out in the end. At the same time, try to update other installations - if you need to and you use them. If things go bad, contact us and we will look into this further. Hope this helps!

Have a nice day and best regards,

    Doina

Hi again - I was able to save my global blocks in Brizy 2.3.11 and then when I upgraded back up to 2.3.13 I am unable to save any new global blocks. The downgrade worked for me for now.

Things are still a little quirky with my install. My menu styling worked when I set things up and since I've had to downgrade/updgrade, my menus are not displaying properly. I have a main menu and a secondary menu and I've given the main menu H4 styling and created a new style for my secondary menu. I'm trying to use the font 'Oswald' in the menus and it is not displaying. I have Oswald as my titles elsewhere on the page (which display fine) but it will not display when used in a menu. Do you have any suggestions on why Oswald wouldn't be displaying in a menu? I've attached a link. The top is my main menu and I've created a new section with more menus. The bottom section is a typical text box where the fonts are displaying properly.

    Thank you

    Hi Malinda,

We are very sorry for such delay.

For some reason your ticket was received in spam, that's why we didn't reply. I try to reproduce your problem and found that you are right. You can not change the style in the Menu if you have activated the Twenty Twenty-One Theme. I will open an internal issue and our developers will try to fix this issue as soon as possible. For the moment, I can suggest changing the Theme to another default WordPress theme.

    Best regards, Nelea.
