Entrance Animation Elements not working

Whenever I add an entrance animation to any elements, they won't display on the website. 

I would see them in Brizy, but not live.

  Thank you for your message and sorry for the late response! From the 27-31 of August, Brizy Support was not available.

  Now, regarding what you said, can you provide us more information about this? Send us a link to your website? At the same time, please make sure you have the latest versions: Brizy Free 2.3.13 and Brizy Pro 2.3.11. hope to hear from you soon!

  I have the same problem, the entrance animation works but then the object just dissapears.
