    Thank you for your message and sorry for the late response! From the 27- 31 of August, Brizy Support was not available.

    Now, regarding what you said,  please see this video and make sure you followed all the steps. Check if you have activated a Brizy license key into the WP dashboard -> Brizy -> License? Hope this was helpful! If you have any other questions or encounter a problem, please feel free to ask!
