    Thank you for your message and sorry for the late response! From the 27 - 31 of August Brizy Support was not available!

    Regarding what you said, go to Account > Upgrade Subscription, chose the one you need and it will do everything automatically. Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask! We will be happy to help!

    There is no such an option at that location. I can see only "cancel subscription" there. How can I upgrade my subscription? Please help.

    Thank you for getting back at us!

    Regarding what you said, it is weird that you do not have the upgrade button. We will look into this and try to solve it. At the same time, I would ask you to cancel your subscription so your money would not be taken from your account and pay again for personal and studio.
