    Could you please prioritse this request. I understand your staffing is limited but I have been trying to get this live since Wednesday 25th. 

    Any help would be greatly appreciated as my business promotions are all lined up this week.

    Could you please clear your browser cache and check it again? Also, please try in incognito mode too, do you still have the same problem?

    Is there any reason it should not work again or do you think it is completely set up now and ready to be promoted to customers?

    Hi Jenny,

    At the moment everything is set up completely, this issue should not occur anymore.  It may appear if you change something in your custom domain. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
