No conditions available for my popup

Hi, 

I have a popup Ive built in Cloud, and I'd like to exclude certain pages, but there are no conditions in the builder. Is this a glitch?

  Thank you for getting in touch with us.

  If you need to set up the condition for the popup in Brizy Cloud, please go to your dashboard ->Project Settings-> Popup&Alert ->edit ->and set up the condition. For more information please see this video.

  I'm actually using a standalone popup on an external site. Are the conditions not available for this?

  Hi,

  For an external site, the conditions can be set up only for one page. If you need to have this pop up on other pages too, you should insert the embed code on each page separately. Please let us know if we can help you with something else.

  Im not sure what you mean by 'the conditions can be set up only for one page'.
  There are no conditions available in the popup builder, so I can't set any conditions at all.
  Basically, I want to exclude my checkout page, but there's no way to do so in the popup builder

  Hi,

  Sorry for not getting back to you sooner and sorry for the misunderstanding.

  You can set up the conditions only for the internal pop-up. Here are the conditions. The external pop-up does not have the condition and you can not exclude a certain page.

  Oh, that's a shame. Is there any way you are aware of to exclude specific pages on an external site?

  Hi Goldie,

  I can suggest inserting the embed code of the pop-up only on the page where you want to appear it, in this way you will exclude the page where you don't want that the pop-up to appear.

  Thanks, Unfortunately that's not going to work as I want the popup to appear on 500 posts, but not on the checkout

  Hi,

  Unfortunately at the moment, we don't have any other suggestions. At the moment we don't have such an option in Birzy Cloud, I we'll send it to our managers and they will add it to a Feature Request list.  I can't guarantee if this will be implemented, however, we'll take this in consideration.
