Can't upload a Cover Image to a Youtube Video. The option doesn't allow me to add the cover.

  Thanks for your response, how soon can this get resolved? Can you give me a tentitive date and time? Because we are developing a website for our client and its is an urgent requirement of this to work.

  I also am unable to upload a cover image to my video.  Has there been any progress in fixing this issue or are we still in a holding pattern?  Thanks.
