I purchased brizy today, but i m not quite happy. I tried to use slider on my website but i am getting error . Please can you help me for refunding my money

  Regarding what you said, maybe we can solve the problem before talking about a refund? I tried to reproduce the problem and I couldn't. Everything is working alright for me! If it's WordPress can you please make sure that you have the latest versions: Brizy Free 2.3.11 and Brizy Pro 2.3.8 At the same time, try to clear the cache! Hope to hear from you soon.

  Thank you for response . I used Wordpress. I even try both latest version again i faced same problem then i try other editor . Hope you understand and process my refund please

  And moreover i used madang theme but i cant edit any pages there is an error also
