cant make my email form work

I go to add a new block and select a new block, at whicj=h I select a new email form.

I select form

I send myself an email, I never receive it.

I assume the email is from my account.

Are only certain emails accepted in which we can use?

Do we have to have wordpress?

What steps am I missing

  Regarding what you said, please make sure you followed all of this steps : https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043383792-Email-Notification  At the same time did you  check this with different emails? Do you have an email with a custom domain or is it a well-known one like gmail / yahoo? Hope to hear from you soon!
