Upgrading Order

Hi,

Currently my website using Brizy 1.0.113 and Brizy Pro 0.0.34. On last upgrade session, the pages are not rendered properly; thus, we decided to rollback. Now, we are planning to do the upgrade again.

1) Could you advise the recommended upgrade order?

2) What to do if the page is not rendered using Brizy, even the plugin is enabled and activated?

  Hi,

  Sorry for late reply, support is limited on weekends.

  First of all you need to update Brizy Free to latest version - 2.3.11. You can do it directly in Plugins area using update notification. In case if update notification is present there, go Dashboard > Updates, click "check again" and available updates will appear.
  After that you need to update Brizy Pro to latest version - 2.3.8. If you are not able to update it in WP dashboard, remove current version, download latest from your Brizy account and install it manually. 

  When both plugins will be updated, please, check your website and let me know if everything works correctly.
