WP Brizy

1. If Brizy free is updated with WP automatic update,  Brizy Pro files will not work.　Is there a solution? 

2. Brizy Pro cannot be easily updated from the dashboard because the update notification does not arrive on the WP dashboard. I'm having trouble with the client site.

3.Whenever I update, css collapses. If update only one page, it will be fixed, but it's broken every time and I'm in trouble.

  Hi. Donia.

  I've been using it for a few months and the css has collapsed every time there is an update.

  Currently, many sites have been updated to the latest version.　
  Some sites have been notified of updates with Free version 2.3.9. But, 2.3.7 Brizy Pro has not been notified of updates on WP dashboard.

  Hi,Doina.

  It may be that you will be notified of updates when the version is up. Brizy Free  2.3.11 and Brizy Pro 2.3.8.

  But, Only Brizy Pro failed to update.
  Brizy Pro could not be updated to the latest version, but the site does not collapse and the Pro version is working normally.

  Regarding what you said, this problem can appear when on the site isn't activated the license key. Could you please check if you activate the license key for this site? Please notice that when you will be in your account to copy the license key, you have to open the license key to see the full license and then you have to copy it. Hope this works!   The license key was included.
  I copied the license key again and put it back in.　This time the Brizy Pro update notice has disappeared from WP dashboard.

  Brizy Free 2.3.12 and Brizy Pro 2.3.8. The main visual Featured Image is not displayed and the Pro version is not working well.
  I am also troubled by the phenomenon that the functions of the Pro version are broken unless both versions are updated to the latest version at the same time.

  Regarding what you said, first of all please respond to what I said before or try to do it again: delete the plugin and reinstall it again, then do the update. I haven't received a clear answer about this. Second of all, there is a bug this the featured images. We are working on solving it as soon as possible! Hope to hear from you soon.
