unwanted divider lines showing between text blocks

Can you please help me figure out how to remove these? They showed up after the recent update.

  Hi Sarah,

  Thank you for getting in touch with us.

  Please change the theme to one of the default WordPress themes (for example, Twenty Twenty-One). After that, the lines should disappear.
