How to add a WhatsApp Floating widget?

Hi,
Can you please specify if your question refers to Brizy Cloud or Brizy WordPress? In any case, this is done with a third-party tool. In WordPress, you could find a plugin with such an option and in Brizy Cloud only through an embed code if you find a platform that offers this feature.

Hello Alex, Sorry for the delay. It is for Brizy Cloud that I am looking for. Could you please guide me on where I can embed the code... Any suggestion for a better floating widget?

Hi,
You could look for a platform that offers this service and in a cloud project you can add it using the Embed element or if you need to add the code in the header then use the Code Injection option. We do not use such platforms but a Google search took me here: https://www.callbell.eu/en/ I've never used it so I don't guarantee it will work, but you can try.
But there is also a solution (which seems more like a trick) to do this through a popup. You can add a popup that will contain an icon and appear on the right (or left). Just like this: https://jmp.sh/deH3C3G To that icon you can add an external link to WhatsApp and when he clicks on it the user will be redirected to the WhatsApp application on the phone.
