Contact Form not sending out emails again

Hey Support

please can you get your devs to go in and fix the contact form on my site https://ipprohub.com, as its not working again...

I sent a test email today 17 Aug 2021 | 14:42 and I can see it in My Leads, but I have not received the email yet??

please can you fix this asap?
