Brizy layout doesn't show on the published site + site slowed down

Hello there,

airx.vocomo.de  is the 3rd site I'm trying to build with the BrizyPro WP plugin. On the 2 other sites it worked fine, but here I really have no idea what's wrong and why it doesn't show the Brizy layout on the published site. The website is configured the same way as the 2 others before (Astra is the base theme). The Brizy layout works like it always does, but when I publish/ preview the site it displays only the base theme... and the site is extremely slow

I've uninstalled Brizy and Brizy Pro several times, deleted all caches and so on. I have no more ideas and hope there's someone brilliant here who can help me...

I've also contacted our website hoster and they identified a problem with the Brizy/ BrizyPro plugin (see first screen grab). There also was an error in the .htaccess file which they corrected for me.

  Hi,

  Thank you for getting in touch with us.

  Please, try to activate one of the default WordPress themes (for example, Twenty Twenty-One), clear cache, and check if the problem is still present. If this will not work, please deactivate all your plugins besides Brizy Free 2.3.11 and Brizy Pro 2.3.8 version.

  Hi Nelea,

  thanks for your quick reply. I did everything you mentioned above, but unfortunately things still look the same, so the changes didn't have any effect.

  Any other suggestions I should try?

  Hi,

  This error is specific for the code minification, could you please disable it?

  Sorry, but there's no difference. I deactivated all plugins except Brizy / Brizy pro (see screen grab below). 

  The only option I see is to delete all data and start again from scratch... but I don't understand why it runs smoothly on the two other sites...

  Hi,

  We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site? We have created a private ticket for this request.
