Brizy working perfectly in Stagging, but on the live site. I can't edit pages

Hello,
I am using the WordPress plugin (no, I am not updating the newest once, since that broke my website), but every time I try to edit my new live site, it gets a red box error saying content doesn't exist.
Any ideas?

Regarding what you said, please update to the latest versions: Brizy Free 2.3.11 and Brizy Pro 2.3.8 . In this updates we solved some bugs and issues. At the same time, please send us the URL to your site. Hope to hear from you soon!

Hello Donna,
I updated to 2.3.11 but it says can't locate the file and my site completely breaks. So I just reverted back to the previous version to get it live and working.
See images, this is extremely frustationg. If I can't do things on a stagging site and then edit the real site. Things are going to be extremely hard for me to sell more web dev using Brizy in the future.

Why can't I edit the pages once I copied the server over from Stagging to Live?? - If you have this error: "Project data should exist" after this migration process, it means that the project has not been migrated correctly. To fix this bug - I will need the wp credentials. Can you send them to us?
