Brizy Popups are not showing at all

Hi good day,

Brizy Popup not working at all after many Brizy Pro updates.

Current Brizy version Version 2.3.10  and Brizy Pro Version 2.3.8

I have tried incognito mode in my browser and doing an empty cache and hard refresh, none work.

Please see the settings.

  I have the same problem. I notice that the popup is only showing on a page that i made with brizy. On on other pages.

  Thank you for your message.

  Do you have this problem in Brizy Cloud or WordPress? If WordPress, can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.3.11. and PRO 2.3.8. Do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins? Please give us more information about this issue? Other pages are not made with Brizy?  Could you please give us some more details about how should display the pop-up? What display conditions did you set? Could you please send a screenshot with the display conditions?   Also, please send us the URL of the page where the popup is inserted?

  I have the problems in Brizy Wordpress.

  I use Free 2.3.11 with PRO 2.3.8. Even when I disable all other plugins, the problem stays.

  The homepage is not made with Brizy (www.pele.nl)

  The next page I made with Brizy (https://pele.nl/category/handgemaakt/)

  The popup should appear the moment you move out of the screen with course. For example, to close the screen. Or after 60 sec of doing nothing.

  Hi Peter,

  I would love to help with this question but for non Brizy page, the popup will not work. This is normal behavior, Brizy popup will work only on a Brizy page.
