I got a issue on DNS connection problem.

Normally, when we try to connect our page or website to domain, Brizy guide me to input the given IP address to server. And wait until 48 hours. Now, it's been more than 48 hours. But it's shown not connected, I would be appreciate any advice or suggestion. Thank you

  Thank you for your message.

  Can you please confirm that you added the CNAME record and A record? Do you have the green color in the "Custom Domain" section for both records? This is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly. Also, please make sure you have only one A record for this domain.
