    Hi Ann,

    Thank you for your message.

Indeed, this behavior was noticed in last few updates. Yesterday, we released new update. In this update developers improved cache functionality. This should solve the problem you described.

To prevent this kind of situations I can recommend you to disable auto-updates. If you have many websites, update plugins on one website and check if everything works correctly. Before update backup website. In this case you will be able to restore from backup if anything will be wrong after update.
If everything works correctly, you can update Brizy on other websites as well.

I want to apologize for this inconvenience, our developers do their best and test everything before updates, but sometimes even test do not reveal some issues. Thank you for understanding.

    Best regards,
    Denis.

    Hi Denis,

Thank you for your prompt response.

Yes, I have disabled auto updates on all my sites except ONE and this works fine for now.  However, in time this issue must be resolved as it is tedious and annoying.  Imagine doing this for 100 sites?

Seems the cache improvement you mentioned did not make any difference as I still had to log in and view the site via edit with Brizy to fix the crashing issue.

Please ask the developers to make this as a priority.

I am more than happy to be a tester for this issue if you need one.

    Regards,

    Ann

    Hi Ann,

    Thank you for your reply.

Can you let me know what Brizy Free and Brizy Pro versions are you using at the moment?

    Kind regards,
    Denis.

    Hi Denis,

    Brizy Free - 2.3.11

    Brizy Pro - 2.3.8

    Auto plugin update is enabled.

I just checked my website now and it's broken.  https://www.vsn.com.au/

I normally would login to WP Admin and edit the site via Brizy to fix the issue.  I haven't this time so you can see the issue for yourself.

    Regards,

    Ann
