Improve Support Forum

I would like you to improve the support forum.
It is almost always impossible to find an answer to your questions in the support forums because most of the time the actual answer is private, therefore no solution available unless you ask that question again and then you’ll get a private answer.
So the support forum as it stands is next to useless for any of the questions we cannot find in the tutorials already.

I suggest you organise your common questions and solutions in a way that is accessible and easy to find actual solutions to our questions. Tag them or categorise them or use some taxonomy to find actual answers.
