Updated to New Brizy Version, It Crashed My Sites AGAIN

    I cannot provide here public the URL domain-website, but i obviously need Brizy to fix this urgently.

    Yes, absolutely i want my information to be private.

    The url is:  deleted by the Brizy team because of confidential information

    I have in the meantime "deactivated, deleted" the previous version of Brizy. And then, I have proceed to upload the latest version of Brizy now.

    Please check.

    Needless to say, that this is absolutely no way of running software updates by any company. When an update is available, you should click "update" and get it done with. But it is now becoming apparent, that with every Brizy update, the consequences are terrible each and every time.

    Thank you for your message! 

    Regarding the issue that you encountered, I checked your website and now everything works fine. We had a problem with Brizy Free version 2.3.9 and the Pro one - 2.3.7. We are deeply sorry for this but with the latest update - Brizy Free ( 2.3.10) and Brizy Pro (2.3.8)  the broken pages will not be an issue anymore, I can assure you this! Hope this made things clear for you! If you have any other questions or problems that you encounter, please feel free to ask!

    I trust this will be the end of this issue then at this time.

    What is becoming extremely concerning by now, is the fact that every single time there´s an update, it ends up crashing sites. And i can see from dozens of other users, I am not alone.

    This is not viable. If with every single update we the users, business owners, and clients, have to experience this, it will end up being costly for us. Not suistainable.

    Brizy management needs to take into consideration that we demand stability and reliability to Brizy updates moving forward.

    Let´s hope this is the end of the Brizy updates nightmare. It´s truly impacting us negatively as a business, and needless to say we have become afraid of using Brizy for client work.
