Membership Blocks not hiding content when logged in as Admin

I understand the need to see hidden components while in edit mode, but currently I have some membership blocks set to only be visible to "Not Logged" and yet when I'm logged in as an Administrator I can see it on the public view of the page. Surely this is a bug, if not please let me know how to prevent content from being seen once I'm logged in.

  I noticed this same issue.  I am glad the blocks will be appropriately hidden for my members, but as an administrator it is distracting!  I hope it gets fixed soon.
