Problem with Nav Bar

Hello,

Impossible to upload some link in my nav bar.

Everytime I click on "create a menu", I only have

PAGES

• Home

CATEGORIES

• Blog

CUSTOM

• Custom Link

When I click on Home + add menu , nothing happend and for custom link a block is coming but no impact in my navbar. 

 

Please hel me.
