Short Pixel Issues

Hi there,

Updated to 2.3.9 and 2.3.7 (Pro) and the stock Short Pixel integration is not detecting unoptimized images on my sites.

I removed all the images and reloaded a single image to test. I've loaded the API key into the site and clicked “Optimize Images”, but the single image I re-uploaded is not detected by the integration.

Am I doing something wrong?

  Hi Matthew,

  Thank you for getting in touch with us.

  I suggest you to not use this option anymore because soon it will be deleted from our builder and you will be able to optimize the image only if you will install the short pixel plugin in your dashboard.
