Brizy causes pages to load strange after update

I have the latest Brizy version installed 2.3.9 but have an outdated Pro plugin (2.3.2) because when I update the pro plugin to 2.3.7, it causes all my pages to load strange.  I have emailed support@brizy.io on August 9th with my wordpress login credentials and FTP login credentials but have not heard back from your support team.  Any help would be appreciated, otherwise I will have no choice but to continue running an outdated version of Brizy.  The last time I updated Brizy and it broke my site, I had to restore to a backup.  Not sure what is happening.

  I just checked and found that we didn't receive any email from you. I created a private ticket, you should receive email notification regarding this. In this ticket, please, provide us credentials and we'll check the problem.
