Vimeo Element Isn't Showing Up on Mobile View

Hi, we've got a Vimeo vid at the top of the home page, and it's not coming through on mobile. What can be done about this?

  That did work. The element within the element had the eye crossed out, even though the larger block was not. Thanks!
