Can't make blocks global

I click "Make it Global" and the block just loads forever. It never goes through.

I have fully updated Wordpress, Brizy, and Brizy Pro.

  I tried to reproduce this issue but everything works just fine. Please see here. Could you confirm that you have the latest Brizy Free 2.3.9 and Brizy Pro 2.3.7 version?

  Sorry to hijack your post, Benjamin, but I often see the same issue, and wondering what you did differently. I don't see anything in this video other than the obvious of flipping On the Make it Global switch.
