    Hi Uli,

do you have any optimization plugins? do you have the same problem if you disable them? Please also provide the link to your website and we will look into it.

I have no optimization plugins. I deactivated all plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro. No improvement.

    Please check this site: bikepark-albstadt.de

    Hi,

Are the width and height for these images set to 100%(for mobile layout)?: https://jmp.sh/Ylzc6lD ? Does it only happen with images of a certain size? I don't see this line in the rest of the images so it seems to be something specific.

Image width and height are set to 100%:

I checkt it again: All images are croped on the right side in tablet und mobile view, independent of image size. This problem occurred after I made an update of Brizy Pro from I think 2.2.16 to 2.3.7.

    Hi,

I tried to reproduce the problem using your images but I can't. It seems that the problem appears when the image size and container size are a bit different. Try increasing the size of the image and replace it with one of the images that has the problem: https://jmp.sh/rR6zmUg

    Hi Alex,

I tried to change image size und container margin, with no success. I've made a small video during my attempt to show you: Video. I have also deleted and re-inserted the image, no improvement.

I have the same problem with all of my 237 images. Everything was fine before I've made my last Brizy update.

    Hi Alex,

I'm waiting for a solution since two months in the meanwhile. May I kindly ask how your progress is on a fix? I got a private ticket, but get no answer on any emails.

    Hi,

from what I see it is an internal issue created with your problem but it seems that at the last interaction the developers could not reproduce the problem. I will ask for an update.

btw: All this time there have been updates. Can you please confirm that the problem still persists with the latest versions: Free 2.3.17 and PRO 2.3.13?

    Hi,

I have the lastest Brizy 2.3.17 and Brizy Pro 2.3.13 installed. The problem still persists.

    I have updated several websites:

    • from Brizy 2.2.19 and Brizy Pro 2.2.11
    • to Brizy 2.3.17 and Brizy Pro 2.3.13

After the update I have the same problem on all websites (see above: all images cut on the right side in tablet and mobile editor view). You can reproduce this bug by 100%.

I'm still waiting to get any help since more than two months. There seems no activity on my private ticket. Are you going to fix this? How long will I have to wait?

    Hi Ulrich,

Issue you previously reported with images being cropped is fixed in latest Brizy Free and Pro update. Please, update both Free and Pro versions on your website and check if everything works as it should.

    Best regards,
    Denis.

Today I updated my website to Brizy 2.3.21 and Brizy Pro 2.3.16.

This update broke my hole website! All images have a black bar on the right side:

How can I fix this? Urgent!
