Website errors

Hello :)

after accessing our website this morning, there are several errors

1) The submenu of the MainMenu has different colors and we can't edit it anymore

2) The blog category page is down

3) We can not update Brizy Pro

4) The Website: www.vitarights.de is not connected with our Account

Brizy does not accept changes?

  Similar problems with  www.enjoy-your-smile.de

  We wanted to update Brizy Pro and after that the page was down.

  We are trying to save it right now by putting older versions back up - but the site has lost all design

  This is a horror trip

  Brizy Builder does not allow or accept changes?

  Hi,

  Sorry for late reply.

  If after updating Brizy FREE to latest version you do not see available updates for Brizy PRO, please, go Dashboard > Updates, click "Check again". After that you will see available update for Brizy PRO. Update plugin and check if everything works correctly.

  Hi again,

  We have installed Brizy Version 2.3.9 and Brizy Pro 2.2.7

  If we click to udapte - Brizy Pro is not working

  What can we do?

  This is really urgent, cause the drop-down-menü of the navigation-menü and the blog-category-site are down and we can´t fix them.

  Hi,

  Now you should do next: Update Brizy FREE to latest version - 2.3.10. New update was released a few hours ago.
  If Brizy PRO is installed on your website, after updating Brizy FREE should appear update notification for Brizy PRO. In case, if notification doesn't appear, go Dashboard > Updates, click "check again". After that you will be able to update Brizy PRO to latest versions.
  If Brizy PRO isn't installed, then you can download latest version from your Brizy account and install it manually.

  After all updates on your website should be installed:

  • Brizy FREE - 2.3.10
  • Brizy PRO - 2.3.8
