Form Says "Email Not Sent"
Contact Form is integrated with both Wordpress and Gmail.
The form says "Email Not Sent" when I try to submit forms. My Gmail is also not receiving the emails.
Gmail is set up with my username (I understand this to be my Gmail) and my password (which I understand to be my password to my gmail).
I have allowed access for less secure apps in Gmail. The leads are being recorded in Wordpress.

Hi,
Thank you for your message.
Could you please check if you followed all the steps from this article? Please send the link to your website and we will check it, we need to take a look at the browser console. Also, could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them if, your hosting can connect to wp SMTP within the Gmail option. The port may not be set correctly.
Best regards, Nelea.

The article is outdated. There are no such settings for "less secure" apps. and as for setting an app password, what app would be talking about? Chrome? Wordpress websites aren't apps. I'm really confused.

Hi Durand,
You are right. Google has discontinued the Less Secure App Access option. We will need to update our Knowledgebase article.
Google need to authenticate a user before sending out an email through their SMTP server. At the moment, users are authenticated through Google App Passwords. In your case, App would refer to a web application which is your WordPress website. Please watch this video for the procedure to generate Google App Password for your Brizy form. https://jmp.sh/z6QIaX7S
