Brizy Forms aren't working

We have two different contact forms on our site. They each have a custom HTML template. 

First, when the email came through saying a form was submitted, the email was blank. 

Now, the emails aren't going through at all. When you try to submit a form on the site, a red message comes up saying "Your email was not sent"

Please help.

  Thank you for your message!

  Regarding the issue that you encounter,

   the problem might be in the settings you have set in the WordPress. To make sure that this is the core problem i would advise you to try something :

  Please install Contact Form 7 https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/ , then add Contact Form 7 shortcode in the brizy page https://jmp.sh/tVkVFur. The problem might be in the configurations of WP, for example PHP email function. If you test this and everything is alright then the problem is in Brizy, and we will talk about this further and assist you with help!
