How to add custom video

Hello, 

I have an issue. I cannot upload videos from Youtube, nor custom uploaded videos and animations. 

What should I do?

  Thank you for your message.

  If you need to add a video from Youtube, please add the video element from your dashboard then upload the video from Youtube, please see here. Also, could you please confirm that you have the latest Brizy Free 2.3.9 and Brizy Pro 2.3.7 version?
