Scroll speed velocity too fast
Our cloud site all of a sudden has very fast scroll velocity, it is scrolling down too fast. How can we control this ??

It looks like this issue is still not solved. Each animated parallax is still increasing the scroll speed. One speed increase is barely noticeable, but any more is too much. This makes animated parallax only usable once per page, max.
