2.3.9 + 2.3.7 broke my site

I've updated free to 2.3.9 and (as already happened in the past) slider stop working.
Then I've updated pro to 2.3.7 and my website stops showing correctly. It looks like css is misinterpreted.

Now I roll back to my backup.
