Motion Template not responsive?

Hi,

my website based on the 'Motion' layout from the Brizy templates is not reacting responsive on iOS and Android nor on iPad. Though it shows correctly in Brizy Cloud Editor. Any idea for causes?

  Hello Uli,

  Thank you for your message and sorry for the late response! On the weekends Support is limited.

  Regarding what you said, I tried to reproduce the issue but could not. Everything works fine for me. What I would suggest you to do is make sure you have the latest Brizy versions  (Brizy Free 2.3.9 and Brizy Pro 2.3.7) and clear the cache. At the same time, please send us the URL to your site so we can see the problem ourselves. Hope to hear from you soon and thank you for the patience!

  thanks for the response. For my understanding: If I'm on Brizy Cloud I suggest not to have to do any app updates on my computer. Right or wrong?

  Thank you for being so receptive!

  Regarding the updates, if you use Brizy for WordPress you have to do updates but if you use Brizy Cloud - you do not. Brizy Cloud is updated and managed by us. Now if we talk about your problem. Can you please go to your project and chose mobile view and edit the page? As I said, I tried to do the same thing that you had but everything was working as it's supposed to. If it's still not working, please contact us through this email: support@brizy.io  It will automatically create a ticket and one of my colleagues will contact you as soon as possible!
