does not load image

I'm using FREE version 2.3.9 and PRO version 2.3.7. When inserting an image on the page it is not in development. The preview doesn't load, not even when the page is saved.
Only the model is working, when imported (if it doesn't change the image).

I bought the PRO version thinking it would work, but it didn't.

Any solution?

  Regarding what you said, we are sorry for the inconvenience! What I would advise you to do is the following: disable the plugins and change the theme, besides this check if php image gd is activated. Hope this helps!
