    Hello Jarko,

    Thank you for your reply.

    Please, contact the hosting provider, you have this error regarding the email address:

    "message":"SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: info@culturadistinta.com: <wordpress@culturadistinta.com>: Sender address rejected: not owned by user info@culturadistinta.com\r\n";

    Best Regards, Natalia

    Hi,

    I have not yet solved this issue, but I my host is working on it.

    In the meantime I am trying to connect other emails to the form, just to try if that works. I added a form, used the gmail connection and added a gmail address, but that is not working either!

    I do receive a notification of emails sent (by myself via the contact form in the front end) in WP > Brizy > Leads when I connect the form via the wordpress though.

    I am updating with this info because I still feel that this whole thing is me being the person that is not doing it right.

    kind rgeards,

    Jarko

    Hello Jarko,

    Thank you for your message.

    Gmail and Smtp connections have the same technology;

    Try to connect with the WordPress connection - will it work?

    Thanks!

    Natalia

    Hi!

    So I have changed the default email address in WP (admin@domain.com) to my private email. Now connecting via the WP connection works, as the email is sent to WP AND my private email. In addition, my private emails are forwarded to my gmail account, so leads also show up there. This solves the problem, but it is a workaround.

    When I connect whichever gmail address I have via the WP connection, this email only arrives in the lead section of Brizy within wordpress, it does not end up in my gmail inbox which I cnnected to it. The contact form states that the form was sent (so to the customer it seems that all went well)

    The reason I would love to solve this is because contact forms are gonna be at the heart of the business. Customers will book their experiences via a contact/book form, which we then need to convert.

    So my question is whether you still think this problem is caused by my email provider, or the contact form (as it does not send to gmail either)?

    My host provider is helping me in whatever way they can, but it is not easy for them to pinpoint the problem either :)

    Kind regards,

    Jarko
