Template Refuses to Load

I am running the same theme, with the same exact customized settings, both with the same stores on the two different sites. On the newer of the two sites I discovered that I could set up a Single Page Template to display the Store Items in the same Brizy design I am using for the rest of the site. For the life of me, I cannot go back and make the older site function the same way. Is it possible that a plugin could block the functionality of the Brizy template to load?

  The Theme is Blocksy, and the store is WP EasyCart.
