Hi,

I just upgraded to pro so I could have posts appear on pages. This option doesn't seem to be available. Very Frustrating. Can you help?

  Hi there, All I need to do is add “posts” to a page. There was that option on Brizy on the free version that showed I could only get at it if I paid… so I paid for the pro and the button disappeared. This is a simple task whereby posts are created in Wordpress and when they are live, they should appear on a “page”. The option doesn’t seem available and I did a search on your support site and it doesn’t seem possible. I hope I wasn’t scammed.

  First of all no one tries or wants to scam you. You can be sure in this :)

  Regarding your question. When you want to add an element in the page and in search type "posts", do you see "Posts" element: View screenshot ? Can you, please, provide me screenshot where it shows search result?

  I attached 2 screenshots since it seems you don’t believe me. One with starting to spell post “POS” so you can see that I’m doing it and icons appear. Below: Here is were I spell post and it doesn’t appear.

  Please, update both Brizy Free and Brizy Pro. After update you should have installed Brizy Free 2.3.13 and Brizy Pro 2.3.11. When this will be done, please, check if posts element will be available.

  I upgraded but I could only get as high as Version 2.3.8 not 2.3.11

  Sorry for late reply, support is limited on weekends.

  Please, go Dashboard > Updates, click "Check again". After that you should see that Brizy could be updated to new version.

  In case, if you still do not see available update, you can update Brizy Pro manually: remove current version from your dashboard, download latest version from your Brizy account and install this manually in Plugins > Add New > Upload.
  Also make sure that you are using latest Free version of Brizy - 2.3.13.

  Let me know if this worked for you.
