brizy pro plug-in behaving strange concerning update
dear friends,
straaaaange things happened thiis afternoon with a series of sites i service and designed. first a client called saying he nad a few more people could only see the hatml version of their site. i went back into the builder (in blisk) where i had just updated brizy two days ago to version 2,3,7 and 2,3,3 pro. after deactivating most of the plug-ins the site was running again - sort of! it ran in safari but not chrome or firefox. then i saw that brizy was asking for an update to 2.3.5 which didn't show on your update page. when i tried it through your plug-in page it started but then stopped sayiing it couldn't find the licence! i gave it a new licence, started to load that strange 2.3.5 update which never showed in my plug-in directory! the result: the site was all screwed up again! so i went back into my backups and reloaded the whole shabang with pretty old versions of brizy and brizy pro (2.2.9.1 anf 2.2.8 for pro). the site was up again but when i then updated brizy to the two newest versions the whole rigamarole started from scratch!!!! i reinstalled from the backup and i am going to leave it that way until this weird update thignies are sorted out! incidently - i refrained from touching any of my other sites with updates - i've got enough work as it is!!! :-)
greetings,
tomas

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
Can I ask you to update on your websites to latest versions: Brizy FREE 2.3.8 and Brizy PRO 2.3.6? In case, if you do not see update notifications in Plugins section, go Dashboard > Updates, click "check again". After that you should be able to update to latest versions.
When both FREE and PRO will be updated, please, check if everything works correctly.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,

good morning dear denis (or whoever is manning up the suppoort this morning), unfortunately it was only a momentary victory… :-(( as instructed i downloaded the latest version of brizy and brizy pro and installed them on the site in question. it did run perfectly on my mac mini and in all browsers, this morning the client mailed me that he had problems on his iphone with teh hamburger menu and one link appeared to be broken. so i went back into blisk to troubleshoot, except that allready when i deactivated the first plugin the site wen haywire and put me into contact with wordpress. knowing already the routine in fired up forklift, wp.content, plugins.hold and went into blisk to restart the site. it did! then i reactivated all in one migration and imported my baackup with the old version of brizy and brizy pro (2.2.9.1 and 2.2.6) now the site is back up and running fine but - of course - i cannot go on without updating brizy!!! so far so good, the url of the site is: juwelierhuber.de if it is of any help

Hi Tomas,
Thank you for your reply.
Have you tried to update to latest versions Brizy FREE (2.3.9) and Brizy PRO (2.3.7)? Please, try to update both plugins and check if everything works correctly.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind regards,

hello dennis, looks like you haven't read my report and/or request... it is precisely when i update to the newest versions that i run into problems!!! interestling i don't have the problem with other sites that i designed with brizy. that's also the reason why i sent you the url of the site and the pertinent passwords so you could check if there was some strange behaviour with other plugins or such. so maybe you would be so kind to have another look? yours sincerely, tomas nittner
