Edit with Brizy is not working on site.

Hi,

I am facing issue with one of the site. We have created few pages in brizy but it is not editing the page in brizy more. Home page is also not working properly.

  Hi Brandon,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  I created a private ticket, you should receive email notification regarding this.

  Before you will reply to this ticket and provide us credentials, please, try to deactivate all other plugins except Brizy and activate one of default WordPress themes and check if this will make any difference.

  Hi Denis,

  After latest update of Brizy 2.3.7 and Brizy Pro 2.3.5 though Brizy pro 2.3.5 is not available for download but it is getting updated directly

  Hi Brandon,

  We are sorry for that. Sometimes, PRO version is available for download in your Brizy account with short delay. However, you can always update plugin directly from your WP dashboard.

  By the way, you can now update both FREE and PRO versions to newer versions:

  • Brizy FREE - 2.3.8
  • Brizy PRO - 2.3.6
