How to remove grey block between titles?

I have just recently updated to Version 2.3.6 and now have these bars appearing between titles. Top is set to above title and bottome is set to heading 2 or 3. On the back end there is no spacing and the layout apears normal with out the grey bar.

  Apologies, i was using the theme Twenty NineteenVersion: 2.1 After changing the theme it has been resolved.
