I have an issue with my website. I got the message: '' Project was not found ''

I read some post with the same issue and the issue is not at my side.

  Hi, 

  I realised since last monday that our website cybsol.biz does'nt work. After some troubleshooting, the error come from invalid SSL. You ara the one who provide the certificate SSL and I don't understand why is expired. 

  Is urgent.

  it seems that you didn't add A record correctly or modified it recently because that's what we see in your project settings: https://jmp.sh/snQqJ2c Please confirm you have added the A record correctly and you have only one A record for that domain.

  Hi,

  I think that the issue is due to the expiration of the certificate and you can see it cleary in the attachment https://imgur.com/a/E61Pvvd.

  I didn't change anaything before realise that the website is down since monday last. In my investigation on tuesday I decided to move the DNS to my domain registrar like it was at the beggining for cybsec.ca. Right now cybsol.biz have the same settings like cybsec.ca. 

  When I move the DNS on tuesday night, I make show the DNS settings value on Brizy are correct before contact you and that's the case.

  Hi,

  Both issues can be related to incorrect DNS configurations. Now it seems that I see that A record is fine but CNAME can't be found. Please send a screenshot of the records you added on your domain provider. We cannot proceed with inspecting the issue until we have correctly set A record and CNAME record for this domain.

  The second website have the same settings as you see it in the images but no issue.

  Hi

  if you don't se the CNAME with online tools doesn't mean that the record is absent or incorrect. You can do the same test with Google or other sites and you will get the same result.
