Popup on Mobile looks weird

Even tho I try to optimise the pop up to display correctly as you can see here in the Brizy popup builder: 

 

 

It seems like it always looks a little off when actually opened in the mobile browser. How could I fix this? is the Brizy builder not properly working for mobile optimisation? im very concerned with weather Brizy works to optimise the website for mobile or not, looks like its glitchy...

  can you please confirm that we are talking about the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.3.5. and PRO 2.3.3?
