header and footer issues that need fixing

i have made a site using neve theme, however even after buying pro I am unable to get headers and footers to actually stay on the brizy pages - i can design them, add them, however it wont allow me to actually save them - any one else had this and how on earth did you get it to work.

 

If i cant ave header and footer on every single page then it kind of makes this builder totally pointless - even though i have paid for the pro version?

  Can you please give us more details about how was made header and footer? Did you add them from Brizy builder like pre-made blocks and edit them? Or they were edited with Neve theme, imported all together in Brizy builder, and still not working? Could you please describe what exactly is displayed after you are trying to save?
